コロナ禍でのオープンではありますが、道の駅かさまは新型コロナウイルス感染症対策を十分に講じた上で、

感染防止と経済活動を両立し、予定通りの9月16日に開業をいたします。

道の駅かさまでは、お客さま、ならびに従業員の健康と安全に配慮し、

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防ぐため、以下の取り組みをいたします。

 

【道の駅かさまの取り組み】

１．適切な換気

・外気を取り入れた店内換気の強化

 

２．衛生管理の強化

・店舗清掃の徹底と定期的な巡回消毒実施

・出入口にアルコール消毒液の設置

・フードコートと多目的広場に手洗い所の設置

 

３．スタッフ健康管理の徹底

・全スタッフのマスク着用

・体調管理、検温、手洗い・消毒の徹底

 

４．人と人との距離の確保

・レジでのお並び位置を表示

・透明シート、アクリルパーテーションの設置

・着席禁止の座席の明示

・セミセルフレジの設置

 

５．入口出口の設定

・お客さま同士の接触を減らすため、以下の出入口に限定

～お客さまへのお願い～

１．マスクの着用をお願いいたします。

２．店内入口にあるアルコール消毒液での手指の消毒、検温をお願いいたします。

３．他のお客さまとの間を空けて、お食事・お買物をお願いいたします。

４．最少人数でのご来店をお願いいたします。

５．入場制限を実施する場合がございますので、ご了承ください。

Thank you for your patience as we prepare for the Grand Opening of Michi-no-Eki Kasama.

 

Although we are still in the midst of the pandemic, the safety of our customers and staff are our upmost priority. As we open for business on 9/16, you can be sure that we will be making every effort to prevent the spread of the coronavirus while still operating to the best of our abilities.

 

We are implementing the following prevention measures for everyone’s safety:

1. Air Circulation/Ventilation (leaving doors/windows open)

 

2. Overall Cleanliness

・The inside building, including tables and chairs, are regularly cleaned and sanitized

・Hand sanitizing stations at each entrance/exit

・Sinks for customer use within the food court and outdoor areas

 

3. Staff Efforts

・All staff members will be wearing masks at all times

・All staff members will regularly check their temperature and wash/sanitize their hands

 

4. Social Distancing

・Floor placements for those lining up

・Invisible sheets/acrylic panels on counters/tables

・”Refrain from seating” signs on seats to create distance between one another

・Self-automated cash registers

 

5. Designated Entrances/Exits

・In order to limit the amount of social contact, we ask all customers to use only the following entrances and exits:

~ A REQUEST TO ALL CUSTOMERS ~

 

We kindly ask the following:

1.　Please wear a face mask at all times.

2.　Please check your temperature and use hand sanitizer when entering the building.

3.　Please social distance yourself from other customers.

4.　Please eat, shop, etc. with as few people as possible.

5.　There is a max capacity limit due to COVID regulations. We ask for your understanding.

6.　Please scan the QR code and register for Ibaraki Amabie-chan upon entering the building.
